Refund policy

Read this before you pay. The summary is in section 1; the rest explains the details and the few statutory exceptions that continue to apply by law.
1. All sales are final
When you purchase an MSL subscription, the sale is final. We do not issue refunds, full or partial, regardless of how long you have held the subscription. This applies to monthly and any future yearly subscriptions, to one-time payments, and to renewal charges.
2. Why
A subscription buys you access to indicators inside TradingView along with the analytical framework and community context that come with them. The moment you have that access, the indicator logic and reasoning behind it have already been seen and cannot be meaningfully returned. Treating all sales as final keeps pricing fair to everyone who pays and stays.
If you are unsure whether the Service fits your trading style, read the package descriptions, the indicator pages, and the FAQ before paying. You can also write to support@marketstructurelab.com with questions. The checkout flow makes the no-refund position explicit; you have to agree to it before paying.
3. Cancellation is not a refund
You can cancel any active card subscription at any time by writing to support. Cancellation stops future renewals. The period you have already paid for continues until it expires, and we do not charge for the next cycle.
Cancellation does not return money already paid. If you want to stop paying for the next renewal, cancel before that renewal date arrives.
4. Chargebacks
Do not open a chargeback or dispute with your bank to recover money for a finalized sale. Chargebacks bypass our process and will result in a permanent ban of the email and TradingView username associated with the purchase, plus a negative record we may share with payment processors.
If something is genuinely wrong (you were double-charged, the account was used without your authorization, the charge does not match what you ordered), write to support first. We will look at the case and, if warranted, act through Stripe directly.
5. EU and UK statutory rights
Customers based in the EU or UK have certain non-waivable rights under consumer law. By ticking the agreement checkbox at checkout and proceeding to payment, you confirm that you want immediate access to the digital Service and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law to the extent permitted by applicable law for digital content delivered immediately. Rights that cannot be waived under your local law continue to apply regardless of this policy.
