You receive an access-granted email confirming the indicators are live on your TradingView account. Community channels open with Phase 1. Then you trade.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, full or partial. Cancellation through support stops future renewals; it does not return money already paid. EU and UK customers retain non-waivable statutory rights under consumer law. Full policy at /en/legal/refund.
How fast do I get access?
SLA is up to 24 hours, in practice usually much faster. An operator manually adds your TradingView username to each indicator in your package, then sends you an access-granted email.
I do not have a TradingView account yet, what do I do?
Create one first at tradingview.com (the free plan works for receiving invite-only scripts), then come back. We need your exact TradingView username at checkout, the access grant is bound to that specific account.
Can I change my TradingView username later?
Only via support, and not more than once per 30 days during an active subscription. The reason is simple: each username change costs the operator a manual re-grant on every indicator. Write to support@marketstructurelab.com if you really need it.
How will crypto payments work?
Crypto payments arrive with Phase 1. When they launch, crypto will be a one-time charge for 30 days of access (there is no auto-renew on the blockchain), with reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before expiry and a one-click renewal link. Same indicators, same community, same SLA.
Which markets do these indicators work on?
Anything TradingView covers: crypto, forex, futures, equities, indices. The indicators read price and volume, they do not care about the symbol. Volume-based features depend on the quality of volume data the exchange provides to TradingView.
How do I cancel?
Card subscriptions: open the Stripe Customer Portal link in any of our emails and cancel there. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period. Crypto (from Phase 1): there is nothing to cancel, access simply expires at the end of the 30 days unless you renew.
Anything to know if I am an EU buyer?
Stripe Tax adds local VAT at checkout, so the displayed price will go up at the gateway step. EU digital-services consumer waiver is handled manually right now, write to support if you need a copy of the policy. Phase 1 brings a formal checkbox in checkout.
